For the purposes of this Agreement, references to "Zero Holdings LLC", "the Company", "ZH", "Us", "We", and "Our" shall all refer to Zero Holdings LLC, the legal entity providing the software and services.
Zero Holdings LLC grants you a subscription-based license to use Server Telemetry on authorized hostnames. One active subscription is required per server.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Server Telemetry plugin. The visual design and data aggregation logic are proprietary intellectual property of Zero Holdings LLC.
Telemetry data is collected at minute intervals. You may not modify the collection scripts to increase frequency beyond the default settings as this may cause undue server load.
Zero Holdings LLC is not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or performance issues resulting from the use of this plugin. Use at your own risk.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zero Holdings LLC operates.
