Zero Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy covers the Server Telemetry WHM Plugin and our website.
Heartbeat Data: The Server Telemetry plugin collects resource utilization metrics (CPU, RAM, Load) from your server to provide historical analysis. This data is stored locally on your server in a SQLite database.
License Verification: Our API verifies your hostname and IP address with Stripe to confirm your subscription status. No other server data is sent to our infrastructure.
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all communications between your server and our license validation API. We do not have access to your server's root credentials or the data collected by the telemetry plugin.
Payments are handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not store or process your financial information directly.
